Mrs. Kristine McElroy teaches fifth grade at Providence Academy. She came to Providence Academy in 2003 after teaching fifth grade for seven years at John Ireland Catholic School in Hopkins, MN. Prior to that, she taught in a first and second grade classroom at Tesseract Elementary in Eagan, MN for one year. Mrs. McElroy has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, along with a minor in music, from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, MN. She also has a master’s degree in education from the University of St. Mary’s in Winona, MN.
