Mrs. Semsch is the School Counselor for Middle and Upper School students at Providence Academy. As counselor, she assists students experiencing a variety of personal, social and academic issues. She holds a master's degree in Professional School Counseling from Minnesota State University, Mankato and a bachelor's degree in English from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Mrs. Semsch is a licensed K-12 School Counselor, as well as a member of the Minnesota School Counselors' Association and the American School Counselor's Association. Before joining Providence, Mrs. Semsch completed internships at Benilde-St. Margaret's and Clover Ridge Elementary School in Chaska, where she focused on personal/social counseling for individuals and groups, classroom guidance lessons, academic counseling and future planning.
