2012-2013 Re-enrollment, new student admission, and financial aid important dates!
Attention, all current parents! As Dr. Flanders mentioned in this week’s e-bulletin, online enrollment forms will be available online for your convenience, just in time for re-enrollment!
Re-enrollment Contracts for Continuing Students Due on February 10th
Information regarding online re-enrollment for 2012-2013 will be mailed the last week of January and signed contracts must be submitted by Friday, February 10th to secure a space for next year. The mailing will include details on the new online process, as well as any changes to the contract from last year. Please note that parents may still sign for students in Pre-Kindergarten through 1st grade. As always, the tuition deposit is due with the re-enrollment contract to hold you student’s spot for the 2012-2013 school year. The online form provides a credit card option for your convenience and the deposit will be deducted from your first tuition bill. Given tighter numbers in particular grades, missing the deadline may result in forfeiture of a space in the class. Please contact the Admissions Office with any questions.
Admission Decisions for New Students Released in March
Once re-enrollment forms are received and tallied, the Admissions Committee will review all new applications for admission on a space available basis. All admissions decisions will be sent in early March to applicants whose admission applications are complete (including parent/student interviews, teacher recommendations, and school records received) by mid-February. Beginning in March, all new admission applications will be considered on a rolling basis. Our next Open House "Preview Day" will be held on February 22nd from 8:45-11:00am. Please contact the Admissions Office for details.
Financial Aid Deadline March 1st
For current or new families interested in applying for financial assistance, please note that the online application--via TADS.com--must be submitted by March 1st. For those new to the financial aid process (or those needing a refresher), please join us in the Admissions Office on Saturday, February 4, from 12:30-1:30pm for a comprehensive presentation on the process. A representative from our third party assessor, TADS (Tuition Assistance Data Services), will be on hand to answer questions about the required forms. If you cannot join in person, you may also join/view the presentation live online via Webex.com. IMPORTANT: all applications must be completed through TADS (www.tads.com) by March 1, including the uploading--or faxing/mailing--of supporting tax documents. Please contact the Admissions Office for details.

Huts to Homes Breakfast Fundraiser Deadline for Tickets January 28th
Remember that this Saturday, January 28th is the final day to purchase tickets for the Huts to Homes Breakfast Fundraiser! It will be held at:
- Joe Senser's Restaurant and Sports Theater
- Saturday, February 4th
- 8:00 to 9:45 a.m.
- Tickets: $6 each - cash or checks (made payable to Peruvian Partners)
Tickets are available from Upper School football players and coaches, or at Lions Football Boosters online. Donations are also encouraged and appreciated!
