The Boys Varsity hockey
program at Providence Academy is a very competitive program that will join
the Tri Metro Conference for the 2007-08 season. In the first three years
the program has proven to be very competitive posting a slightly better
than .500 record playing with the top single A teams in the state. The team
has permanent locker room facilities in the new addition to Plymouth Ice
Center located two miles from the Providence campus. The team plays Breck,
Blake, Totino Grace, SPA, Minnehaha, and a number of local A and AA
high school teams. During the Christmas Holidays the team has competed in
the Silver Bay tournament two years ago and the Duluth Marshall Tournament
this past year. Each year several boys are invited to participate in the U
