The Girls' Basketball program at Providence Academy offers participation for students in grades 5-12.  This past school year, Providence hosted 5 different girls teams with levels ranging from Cub (5^th/6^th grade) to high school varsity.  The varsity program is registered with the Minnesota State High School League and the team participates in the Minnesota Christian Athletic Association as their primary conference.  Over the course of the season the varsity team plays 26 games, 13 within the conference and 13 non-conference.   

The head coach of the program is Mr. Ray Finley.  Coach Finley comes to Providence with over 25 years coaching experience.  He has led two different programs to state championships and has coached many Division I basketball players.  He begins his 2^nd year this winter as a part of the coaching staff and looks to bring a new level of achievement to our young program.
